Oak Park Place is hiring for a Maintenance Director for our beautiful Wauwatosa community. What you’ll be doing:

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions
• Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations
• Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of property
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects of property
• Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance

Qualifications:

• Two years previous building maintenance experience
• One year supervisory experience
• Ability to be on call for evening and weekend emergencies

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
